Seasonal Taoist Health Workshops in Zurich
Qigong · Tai Chi · Meditation according to Taoist Medicine
These seasonal workshops are designed to cultivate health in harmony with the natural rhythms of the year. Rooted in Taoist medicine, they combine Qigong, Tai Chi, breathing practices, and meditation to support long-term physical, emotional, and mental balance. The approach is practical, non-religious, and suitable for everyday life — focusing on prevention, regulation, and sustainable well-being.
Format: Weekend workshops (Saturday & Sunday) Can be attended individually or as a full yearly cycle Group size: Small groups for personal guidance
